Project 1: Longo's Store, Fairview Street, Burlington, ON

Working with General Contractor RFB Construction, Rosetown Central provided extensive HVAC upgrades to compliment an addition and renovation of Longo's Store in Burlington.
Specifically, we installed new gas fired heating, gas piping replacement and re-routing to accommodate new re-roofing, air conditioning upgrades, exhaust and ventilation improvements and extensive kitchen additions complete with fire-suppression system, Stainless Steel hood and ductwork were included. The store remained open throughout the project making Contractor timing, responsiveness, coordination and flexibility crucial success factors. What our client had to say

Project 2: Newly Weds Foods

Rosetown Central was responsible for the supply and installation of two replacement Carrier 8½ ton cooling only rooftops and one Carrier 5 ton cooling only rooftop including new supply and return air ductwork.

Project 3: Newly Weds Foods

Supply and installation of a 5,000 CFM @ 2" SP exhaust system for a CFIA certified packaging room.

Project 4: Manion Wilkins & Associates

Supply and installation of a Mitsubishi City Multi variable refrigerant flow multi-split A/C system including ultra low ambient condensing unit rated at 80 MBH and two ceiling cassette 4-way airflow evaporators rated at 25 MBH each. The system was designed and installed to allow the addition of additional evaporators if the heat load within the server room increases in the future.
